Important Notes: 

• Tokyo Disneysea ticket is stricly valid on the selected day of visit
• This is a fixed date ticket
• Electronic voucher (E-voucher) will be sent to you 7 working days before your visit date
• No refund will be issued for no-shows.
• Please be reminded that your ticket is not valid for special opening hours, such as New Year's Eve and private events
• It is highly recommended that you enter the park as early as possible, as the number of guests allowed to enter into the attraction may be limited on certain days (major festive event days etc). If you are unable to enter the park due to crowd control by the staff, please approach the staff at Tokyo Disneyland for advice on an arrangement for an alternative visit.

3. Collect the ticket at Maihama Station North Entrance before heading to Tokyo Disneyland for entry. The staff will wait for you at the redemption location with a signboard that says "Disney 1 Day Tour Meeting Point"

• You can present a printed or mobile copy of the voucher/ticket for this activity.
• The voucher/ticket is accepted only at Maihama Station with the staff at the redemption location with a signboard that says "Disney 1 Day Tour Meeting Point" during 08:30hrs -12:00 hrs (Japan time).
• The voucher/ticket is valid only on the date and time specified.
• Please present your passport and voucher to the staff when redeeming your ticket.
• The voucher/ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion unless otherwise stated.
• Any alteration(s) on the voucher/ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
• In the event of late comers/no shows, it would be considered cancellation and no refund will be given.
• No refunds will be entertained for cancellations.
• Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice.

*Visitors are advised to collect Tokyo Disneyland tickets between 0830 hrs to 09:00 hrs to stand a better chance of entering the venue. Kindly note that Tokyo Disneyland has a limit on the number of visitors per day and Travel Recommends has no influence over the number of visitors Tokyo Disneyland will admit. In the unlikely event that you are unable to enter the attraction after collection of your tickets, please approach the staff at Tokyo Disneyland for advice on an arrangement for an alternative visit.
