Additional Information: 

Maokong Gondola

• Free admission for children below 5 years old, accompanied by a paying adult
• Only 2 children aged 5 and below can join free per adult. Tickets must be purchased for succeeding children
• For children aged 6 to 12, senior citizens aged 65 anda above as well as disabled passengers, please purchase tickets on site. 
• Each regular cabin can accommodate 8 passengers and the total weight for all should not exceed 640kg.
• The crystal cabins can only accommodate 5 passengers and the total weight should not exceed 400kg.
• Please follow all the instructions provided by the gondola staff, especially when exiting the cabins
• Pregnant women, children, elderly people, and persons with disabilities should and will be given priority. They should be accompanied by at least one paying adult to keep an eye on them
• Passengers suffering from cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, acrophobia or other medical conditions should not ride the gondola
• Passengers with prams, pushchairs, wheelchairs (regular and electric) must make sure that these vehicles are securely locked once they're in the cabin to avoid any accidents caused by swaying. The sizes of these vehicles shouldn't exceed 140cm x 70cm x 170cm
• Please do not loiter around the platforms after disembarking the cabin
• The gondola may slow down or stop to facilitate boarding for persons with disabilities
•  Smoking, drinking (water excluded), chewing gums or betel nuts are not allowed in the cabins and the platforms
• Please do not throw anything outside of the cabin's windows
• Please do not stand up, swing, or jump inside the cabin. Also, please don't lean against or obstruct the doors
• Do not interfere with the natural swaying of the gondola when embarking or disembarking it
• In the event of a thunderstorm, the gondola service will be suspended. If it's suspended before you enter the cabin or if you're already on your way to Maokong or Taipei Zoo Stations, please follow the staff's instructions to safely make an exit.

Taipei Sightseeing Double-Decker Night Bus

• Children aged 0 to 5 and under 115cm in height can ride this tour bus for free so long as they are accompanied by a paying adult
• Only 2 children of this age and height range can join for free per adult. Tickets must be purchased for succeeding children
• Half-price tickets are available on site for children aged 6 to 12 and a height between 115cm to 150cm, seniors aged 65 and above, those who hold a disability ID and their guardians
• Please keep seated and fasten your seatbelts at all times when the bus is in transit. Do not lean outward or place your arms outside the bus at any time
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus
• Food and drinks are not allowed on the bus
• Raincoats will be lent to all passengers during the rains
• In case of double-decker bus mechanical failures, regular coaches will be deployed as subtitutes
• The audio guides in the bus comes in the following languages: English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai
• You can hop on and off the buses as many times as you want during the operating hours (5:00pm-9:00pm)

Maokong Gondola

• Please kindly present a printed or mobile voucher to receive your physical Maokong Gondola entry ticket at the Maokong Gondola Taipei Zoo Station
• For the Maokong Gondola, the voucher is valid until 31 Mar 2019 and can only be used once

Taipei Double-Decker Sightseeing Bus

• When boarding a Taipei Double-decker Sightseeing Night Bus, you must present your printed voucher to the bus staff
• For the Taipei Double-decker Sightseeing Night Bus ticket, the voucher is only valid for the date specified on your booking

• You must present a printed voucher/ticket for this Taipei Sightseeing Bus
• The voucher/ticket is accepted only at Maokong Gondola
• The voucher/ticket is valid only on the date and time specified
• The voucher/ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion unless otherwise stated.
• Any alteration(s) on the voucher/ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
• In the event of late comers/no shows, it would be considered cancellation and no refund will be given

Cancellation Policy:

• No refunds will be entertained for cancellations.
• Full refunds will be given to customers who have purchased the loss coverage for uncollected tickets.
