• Vouchers are open dated and can only be used for a year from the purchased date.
• Failure to check-in on time or failure to board the ferry will result in loss of the fare.
• Travel Recommends will not be responsible for the loss of vouchers caused by individual's negligence.
• The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion.
• The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in local dollars.
