Overview

After pick-up, you’ll be heading to Kyoto’s Western district in Arashiyama for a delightful tourist-y time. The setting: scenic grounds featuring temples, shrines and not to mention the famed Bamboo Forest which is also a picture hotspot. Lunch, a hearty buffet/chicken sukiyaki meal (if you opt for plan A/B). Next: a half-an-hour stroll around tranquil area of Kinkakuji temple, which is known for its gold-clad exterior and mirroring pond.

The widely-popular Nara Park is set in picturesque vicinity of Todai-ji temple, so apart from sightseeing, you can interact with the deers who are sauntering freely in the peaceful surrounds. The tour’s penultimate stop is popular, thoroughly modern shopping complex Kobe Mosaic, featuring hip fashion designer stores and restaurants. Located right next to it is the city’s port, also a famed spot to hangout, thanks to positioning that overlooks the river and metropolis city. Hungry after a long day? Though charged at an additional cost, the tour concludes with delectable dinner options (a shabu-shabu beef buffet or Kobe’s premium signature beef set) before returning to Osaka.

  • Should the date/time chosen be unavailable, the next best available date/time will be suggested/provided to customer.
  • The boarding point cannot be changed on the day of departure.
  • Please choose one dinner option per person
  • There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the visitor.
  • Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
  • Booking is required to be made 7 working days before the tour departure date.

 

About the tour:

  • Items not included are personal expenses during the tour (telephone, laundry, beverages etc.)
  • Travel Recommends and the tour operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damaged caused by individual’s negligence.
  • The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion.
  • The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in local currency.
  • Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket/e-voucher will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
  • Tour routes and schedule may be delayed/cancelled/changed without prior notice.
  • Tour prices vary on seasons and weekdays/weekends, Travel Recommends reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event that changes are made, the revised figures will be posted on the website.

  • Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice. 
     

Cancellation Policy:

Tour routes subject to cancellation without prior notice due to weather conditions, and (or) when there is an official request from the authorities. Full refund will be given to customers under these circumstances.

80% refunds will be given to customers for cancellation made at least 7 working days prior the tour date.

Partial refunds will be given to customers for cancellation made the day before.

No refunds will be entertained for cancellation made the day of tour.

Please e-mail any changes to the tour dates and number of visitors to us at least 14 calendar days before the tour date. A fee will incur accordingly on the changes after the stipulated date.
