Terms and Conditions
 

• Please be present outside the hotel entrance 5 minutes before the pick-up time.
• Tipping is at your own discretion and is not included in the tour pricing.
• Items not included are personal expenses during the tour (lunch, telephone, laundry, beverages etc.)
• Travel Recommends and the tour operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damaged caused by individual’s negligence.
• The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion.
• The value of the e-ticket is in local currency.
• Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
• Tour routes and schedule subject to changes/cancellation without prior notice due to weather conditions, and (or) any unforeseen circumstances that arise.   
• Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:
 

• Tour routes subject to cancellation without prior notice due to weather conditions, and (or) when there is an official request from the authorities. Full refund will be given to customers under these circumstances.

  80% refund will be given to customers for cancellation made at least 3 working days prior the tour date.

  50% refund will be given to customers for cancellation made within 3 working days prior the tour date.

  No refunds will be entertained for cancellation made within 2 working days from the tour date. 

  Please e-mail any changes to the tour dates and number of visitors to us at least 3 working days before the tour date. A fee will incur accordingly on the changes after the stipulated date.
