Additional Information 

  • Please be at your preferred pick up location at least 10 minutes before pick up time.
  • This ticket is only for non-Taiwanese foreign travellers. 
  • Please note that there will be no waiting for late comers.   
  • Due to limited space, the shuttle cannot accommodate luggage, suitcases and wheelchairs
  • No child seats will be provided in this shuttle.
  • For passengers bringing baby strollers, please send an email with your travel date and we will inform the tour operator.
  • Please note that infants (aged 0 to 3) will be charged at the infant price for the shuttle service. Please provide a valid ID with birth date to the driver upon boarding.
  • This shuttle service does not include a tour guide.
  • All passengers must enter the theme park at the same time together with the driver. There will be no physical tickets needed and issued to passengers.
  • An email will be sent to you one day before the travel date, to inform about the car plate number. Please check your email before the travel date

Important Notes:

  • Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
  • The tour may disembark at a different location from the initial meeting point. For disembarkation, please enquire with the tour guide on the day of tour.
  • There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the visitor.
  • In circumstances that the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, customers will be notified by the tour operator.
  • Booking is required to be made 7 days prior the tour departure date.
  • In the event of late comers/no shows, it would be considered cancellation and no refund will be given.
