Included Attractions

• Each attraction can be visited only once.
• Cards are activated on first use and valid for 3 months from date of card issuance
• Attractions are subject to change at any time. Please refer to iVenture Official Site https://www.iventurecard.com/hk/gold-coast/packages/gold-coast-flexi-attractions-pass/#package-attractions for the most up to date list of attractions.
• Tours, transfers and some attractions may require prior booking or separate ticket collection, please see attraction information for full details
• Pass is to be used within seven consecutive calendar days
• A period of one hour must pass between redeeming benefits (Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour excluded)
• e-confirmation will be emailed to you within 2 working days. If you do not receive the confirmation email, kindly contact us. 
• The e-ticket is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
• Single admission only no repeat visitations allowed
• Do note that your iVenture card will be validated upon your first attraction entry.
• Opening dates and times are subject to the individual attractions. Please check the attraction's’ official website before making arrangements.
• Travel Recommends and the merchant will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damage caused by individual’s negligence.
• Travel Recommends will not be responsible for the loss of ticket caused by individual’s negligence.
• The e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion.
• The value of the e-ticket is in local currency.
• Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
• No refunds will be entertained for cancellations.

Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
