  • Passengers who choose to travel on a turnaround timing schedule are to ensure that sufficient time is given for clearance for the returning trip. We will not be liable if the passenger fails to board the ferry in time due to immigration or other reasons.
  • Passengers who have connecting international flights out of Changi Airport are to ensure that their return trip from Bintan arrives at least 2 hours before the departure time of their connecting flight out of Singapore.
  • Unexpected delays may be caused by inclement weather, security spot checks by the local authorities or any other unforeseen circumstances. We will not be responsible for any misconnection arising from any delay if there is insufficient time allocated for connecting flights.
  • Two-way fares are not applicable for mixed class travel i.e. Economy + Emerald Class
  • Amendments on day of departure is at a cost of S$5.
  • Please check the ferry schedule here.
  • Public Holiday schedule will not be applied if it falls on a Friday.
  • Public Holiday schedule will apply if PH date falls on Sunday and following Monday is a Public Holiday.

  • Receive an email confirmation with voucher. 
  • Please present your vouchers at the Bintan Resort Ferry Counter, along with your passport to exchange for your boarding pass. 

 

Terms and Conditions

Important Notes:

  • You can present a printed or mobile copy of the voucher/ticket for this activity
  • The voucher/ticket is accepted only at Bintan Resort Ferry
  • The voucher/ticket is valid only on the date and time specified
  • The voucher/ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion unless otherwise stated.
  • Any alteration(s) on the voucher/ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
  • In the event of late comers/no shows, it would be considered cancellation and no refund will be given.

Cancellation Policy:

  • No refunds will be entertained for cancellations.
  • Full refunds will be given to customers who have purchased the loss coverage for uncollected tickets.
