Overview

Take an overnight bus from Osaka to Tokyo! There is free Wifi and USB Charging Port for each individual seats. A blanket is provided and there is a toilet on board the bus!

What You Get

Important Notes:

• Only one luggage per person is permitted 
• All of the collected luggage will be placed in the trunk
• The total size of the length, width and height of the luggage should not exceed 155cm
  • E.g. Height: 80cm, Length: 50cm, Width: 25cm  → 80+50+25= 155cm (Can)
  • Height: 80cm, Length: 50cm, Width: 35cm →80+50+25= 165cm (Cannot)
• The itinerary is subject to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic and weather conditions
• Please be at the meeting place at least 10 minutes before the departure time 
• Please note that the bus will leave on time and there will be no waiting for latecomers

Important Notes:

• Should the date/time chosen be unavailable, the next best available date/time will be suggested/provided to customer.
• The boarding point cannot be changed on the day of departure.
• There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the visitor.
• Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
• Booking is required to be made 7 working days before the tour departure date.

About the tour:

• Items not included are personal expenses during the tour (telephone, laundry, beverages etc.)
• Travel Recommends and the tour operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damaged caused by individual’s negligence.
• The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion.
• The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in local currency.
• Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket/e-voucher will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
• Tour routes and schedule may be delayed/cancelled/changed without prior notice.
• Tour prices vary on seasons and weekdays/weekends, Travel Recommends reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event that changes are made, the revised figures will be posted on the website.
• Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice. 

Cancellation Policy:

Tour routes subject to cancellation without prior notice due to weather conditions, and (or) when there is an official request from the authorities. Full refund will be given to customers under these circumstances.

80% refunds will be given to customers for cancellation made at least 7 working days prior the tour date.

Partial refunds will be given to customers for cancellation made the day before.

No refunds will be entertained for cancellation made the day of tour.

Please e-mail any changes to the tour dates and number of visitors to us at least 14 calendar days before the tour date. A fee will incur accordingly on the changes after the stipulated date.
