Overview

Join us on Mai Chau 2 days 1 night tour from Hanoi with 1 night in Mai Chau valley, you will visit the Pom Coong and Na Phon Villages and do a short trek around the Cum and Sam Khoe villages.

Day 1: Hanoi – Mai Chau Valley

• 8am: Our guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi and depart to Mai Chau. 
• We stop along the way to visit Muong Ethnic Minority to learn about the daily life and customs and enjoy the scenery of Thung Khe Pass.
• Enjoy lunch with a local family of the White Thai Tribe.
• After lunch, trek through terraced rice paddies and small villages, discovering the natural beauty of the valley and encountering the culture of the ethnic minority Thai people on our visit to Pom Coong and Na Phon villages.
• In the evening, enjoy live dance and music performance of the villagers.
• Stay overnight in the long stilt house or in a Lodge resort/bungalow room.

Day 2: Mai Chau Discovery - Hanoi

• Simple breakfast with your host family.
• Set off on a trek through rice paddies and down winding lanes to visit the Cum and Sam Khoe villages.
• Immerse yourselves in the vibrant local culture and enjoy authentic lunch at the village.
• Head back to the urban area and arrive in Hanoi in late afternoon. Tour ends.

How to Buy:

• Select the preferred date and purchase online
• Kindly e-mail us your name, number of people joining the tour, hotel information, contact number and/or any other requests
• Receive a separate email confirmation within 4 working days
• Present the e-ticket to the tour operator on the day of tour for verification

Important Notes:

• Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
• The tour may disembark at a different location from the initial meeting point. For disembarkation, please enquire with the tour guide on the day of tour.
• There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the visitor.
• In circumstances that the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, customers will be notified by the tour operator
• In the event of late comers/no shows, it would be considered cancellation and no refund will be given.
• Any amendments to the given tour itinerary must be given at least 48 hours before tour departures. Tour operator shall confirm and inform any price changes within 6 working hours.
• Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice.

About the Tour:

• Items not included are personal expenses during the tour.
• Travel Recommends and the tour operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damaged caused by individual negligence.
• The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion. Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
• The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in local currency.
