  • Luggage size: the sum total of the three dimensions (sides) of each piece of luggage must be 160cm or less, and each piece of luggage must weigh a maximum of 25 kg or less.
  • Luggage types that can be handled by the service: suitcases, travel/overnight bags, rucksacks and other hand luggage, and cardboard boxes.
  • Luggage check-in time：06:30~09:30→Luggage pick-up time around 18:00~21:00 (deliverable hotels：500 hotels) 
  • Delivery of skis and snowboards will begin as of the winter season beginning December 2019
  • In the event that you are unable to deposit the luggage due to flight delay, please contact the LFT Support Center
  • Please check your luggage at the time of collection. If you notice anything our of the ordinary, please take a photograph of the luggage and contact the LFT support center

Confirmation
 

Upon purchase of the ticket, you will receive an email confirmation with e-ticket within two days. Tours and tickets are subjected to availability.

 

How to Use
 

•Please present QR code and 6-digit verification code at JAL ABC of Kansai Airport for check-in luggage.

•Please present the luggage receipt to the concierge to pick up your luggage at your reserved hotel.

Important Notes:

  • Luggage types that can be handled by the service: suitcases, travel/overnight bags, rucksacks and other hand luggage, and cardboard boxes.
  • Delivery of skis and snowboards will begin as of the winter season beginning December 2019.
  • Cash, credit cards, passports, flight-related documents and other important or valuable belongings cannot be held by the service. Please carry these items with you. Where luggage does not meet legal requirements, the company may refuse to provide the service even in case the reservation process has been completed in advance. In such cases, the customer must accept full responsibility for loss and/or legal liability
  • Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice. 
     

Cancellation Policy:
 

  • You can present a printed or mobile copy of the voucher/ticket for this activity
  • The voucher/ticket is valid only on the date and time specified 
  • The voucher/ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion unless otherwise stated.
  • Any alteration(s) on the voucher/ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
  • In the event of late comers/no shows, it would be considered cancellation and no refund will be given
  • No refunds will be entertained for cancellations.
