  • This pass is only valid for foreign tourists who have entered Japan under the Temporary Visitor status
  • Please exchange the e-voucher for the physical pass at one of the redemption counters in Japan
  • Your passport must be shown during the redemtpion of the pass 
  • The e-voucher is valid for redemption before 31 March 2020
  • The pass is not valid for use on the premium car seats in all trains. For seats on the premium cars, there is an additional fee
