How To Use

1. Select the preferred date and purchase online

2. Receive an email including the e-ticket from Travel Recommends

3. Email the following information for booking of the tour Hotel Details (Name, address and contact number)

4. Customer must present Travel Recommends voucher to the guide or driver

Terms and Conditions

Important Notes:

• Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
• There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the visitor.
• In circumstances where the tour is cancelled due to unforeseen weather conditions, customers will be notified one day before the tour departures by 1500 hours.
• Cable car is subject to weather conditions permitting and it may close at short notice because of these or for routine maintenance. The outdoor theme park is now closed for extensive renovations
• Required minimum 2 paying adults take place in this tour
• Booking is required to be made 7 working days before the tour departure date.
   

About the tour:

• Items not included are personal expenses,tips and gratuitiesduring the tour (telephone, beverages etc.)
• Travel Recommends and the tour operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damaged caused by individual’s negligence.
• The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion.
• The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in local currency.
• Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket/e-voucher will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
• Tour routes and schedule may be delayed/cancelled/changed without prior notice.
• Tour prices vary on seasons and weekdays/weekends, Travel Recommends reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event that changes are made, the revised figures will be posted on the website.

Tour routes may be subject to cancellation without prior notice due to weather conditions, and (or) when there is an official request from the authorities. Full refund will be given to customers under these circumstances.

Full refunds will be given to customers for cancellation made at least 5 working days prior the tour date.

Partial refunds will be given to customers for cancellation made the day before.

No refunds will be entertained for cancellation made the day of tour.

Please e-mail any changes to the tour dates and number of visitors at least 4 calendar days before the tour date. A fee will incur accordingly on the changes after the stipulated date.
