Overview

The rider will pick you up at the hotel and ride to explore Thanh Toan village. This is one of the most beautiful villages, about 8km east of Hue center. The village is famous for its beautiful roads, peaceful rural landscape and particularly the tile-roofed bridge. Then we ride through the rice field to Tu Hieu Pagoda where you can see the monks chanting. Nestled in a pine forest, the pagoda was built in 1843 and later co-opted by eunuchs from the citadel. Next, we head to incense and traditional conical hat making village and you will get a chance to learn how to make incense. Another stop at panoramic view on Vong Canh hill - American bunkers hill with pine forest. We will go ahead to visit Tomb of Khai Dinh - the magnificient tomb of Khai Dinh King who ruled Hue city as the 12th King in Nguyen Dynasty. After Khai Dinh Tomb, we go for lunch at a Hue local restaurant. After lunch, we will visit Thien Mu Pagoda and Perfume River, followed by Hue Imperial Citadel. The rider will fetch you back to the hotel and end the tour here.
