Important Notes:
For round trips, passengers must purchase 2 one-way (single trip) tickets.
No shuttle service will be provided for hotels not indicated in the list.
Each passenger above the age of three can check-in a maximum of 2 pieces of baggage. The dimensions per bag shall not exceed a regular size suitcase (158cm). These dimensions include wheels, handles and side pockets.
Oversized and excess baggage subject to availability of storage space on the coach and additional charges will incur.
Upon purchase of the preferred date, no changes will be entertained.
Timings for pick up are flexible within the preferred date that is purchased.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Travel Recommends will not be responsible for the loss of ticket caused by individual’s negligence.
The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion.
The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in local currency.
Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket/e-voucher will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
