Overview

• 8.15am: Start a day with a drink.
• Visit Hoi An’s colourful main market, interact with local sellers and see varieties of food on display.
• Board the Red Bridge boat for a leisure cruise along Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a good opportunity for you to see and experience local river life.
• On arrival, we explore cooking school’s herbs and vegetable garden before learning about Hoi An and Vietnamese popular dishes.
• The cooking lesson is about 2 hours and also includes a brief introduction to Vietnamese food plating.
• Menu of dishes:
  1. Making Fresh Rice Paper
  2. Fresh Rice Paper Rolls of Shrimp
  3. Crispy Hoi An Pancakes with Shrimp, Herbs and a Peanut Sauce
  4. Seafood Salad with mixed Vietnamese Herbs served in Half a Pineapple
  5. Mi Quang Chicken Noodles
  6. Food Decoration – Tomato rose & Vietnamese Cucumber Hand Fan
• 1pm: Finish and transfer back to Central Hoi An

How To Use

Confirmation:

• You will receive a confirmation email within 4 working days
• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email

How to Buy:

• Select the preferred date and purchase online
• Kindly e-mail us your name, number of people joining the tour, hotel information, contact number and/or any other requests
• Receive a separate email confirmation within 4 working days
• Present the e-ticket to the tour operator on the day of tour for verification

Important Notes:

• Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
• The tour may disembark at a different location from the initial meeting point. For disembarkation, please enquire with the tour guide on the day of tour.
• There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the visitor.
• In circumstances that the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, customers will be notified by the tour operator
• In the event of late comers/no shows, it would be considered cancellation and no refund will be given.
• Any amendments to the given tour itinerary must be given at least 48 hours before tour departures. Tour operator shall confirm and inform any price changes within 6 working hours.
• Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice.

About the Tour:

• Items not included are personal expenses during the tour.
• Travel Recommends and the tour operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damaged caused by individual negligence.
• The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion. Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
• The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in local currency.
• Tour routes and schedule may be delayed/cancelled/changed without prior notice.
• Tour prices vary on seasons and weekdays/weekends. Travel Recommends reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event where changes are made, the revised figures will be posted on the website.
