• Safety: High Ropes Course activity is secure and safe with imported equipment and experience staffs. You will be provided with a pair of new gloves. Two cables and two pulleys to provide extra safety. Helmet and safety harness are provided.

• Physical Conditions/Health Concerns: Not suitable for people with any of the following: during pregnancy, fear of heights, diabetes, epilepsy, mental health conditions, injuries or previous surgery to your heart, lung kidney, liver or injury to back, hip, leg, knee, foot, shoulder, hand or neck. 

• Minimum Height: 120cm 

• Maximum Weight: 120kg (264 pounds) 

• This course activity is for age between 10 - 60 years old

• Suggest to wear long pants, sports shoes or closed lace-up shoes, long sleeve shirt 

• The pick-up service is provided by the High Ropes company and operates in the whole of Chiang Mai area, including hotels in Mae Rim, such as the Four Season's or the Veranda High Resort in Samoeng

• The drop-off service back to your hotel is provided by Fah Lanna Spa. The spa shuttle service operates only within Chiang Mai city. Additional charges apply for drop-off to hotels outside of Chiang Mai city. Many hotels offer a free shuttle to and from Chiang Mai city, an arrangement can be made to drop you at the designated Hotel Shuttle pick-up location

• Enjoy a meal on the onsite Cafe and Restaurant at the spa before you use the complimentary drop-off service to bring you back to your hotel or any other location in the city (Price of a meal at the spa not included in the package)

• Travel Recommends and the appointed operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damaged caused by individual negligence

• The e-ticket/e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion

• Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket/e-voucher will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances that affects tour departure or ticket/voucher invalidity, customers will be notified and be advised accordingly

Cancellation:

• No refunds will be entertained for cancellations
• There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the visitor
• In the event of late comers/no show, it would be considered as cancellation and no refund will be given
