So Sapa and Halong Bay tour 4 days 3 nights is one of the featured trip for those who don't have much time but would like to see the must-see places that the North of Vietnam has to offer. Sapa and Halong Bay is really beautiful and different from each other. Trekking in Sapa offers you a great scenery of rice terraced field views and have a chance to learn about the other colorful hill tribe in the region. Furthermore, you will be the colorful hill tribe market, enjoying traditional food. Then you will have an opportunity to see the limestone islands in Halong Bay that rise from the water like natural sculptures highlight a country that will amaze you with its beauty.

Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi – Drive to Sapa

• Arrive at Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi, welcomed and get picked up by private tour guide and driver.
• In the afternoon, drive on Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway to Sapa Town, which takes around 4.5 hours. On arrival, check in a hotel, free and easy in the evening.

Day 2: Trek Sapa’s rice terraced fields – Drive back to Hanoi

• After your breakfast at the hotel, together with your private tour guide, transfer to a trekking point and start trekking down Muong Hoa Valley - the biggest and most beautiful valley in Sapa area. Along this beautiful trek, you are able to visit a few villages of the Black H’mong and admire the breathtaking scenery with terraced paddy fields.
• Around noontime, get picked up by your driver and go for lunch.
• In the afternoon, take another 5-hour drive back to Hanoi. On arrival, check in your hotel. Free in the evening and dinner on your own account.

Day 3: Day tour to Ha Long Bay

• Drive to the well-known Halong Bay. The bay is one of Vietnam's most spectacular natural wonders and listed as a World Heritage site by UNESCO. Upon arrival at the pier, you will board a deluxe day boat for exploring the bay. The views, that you get while navigating past hundreds of limestone islands with rocky outcrops, are incredible. Lunch is served on board. The off-boat activities include: 1-hour kayaking through a tunnel-like cave and a short hike up on stable stairs to discover a limestone cave which is located above the sea water. The cave is decorated by a lot of wonderful formations of stalactites and stalagmites. Get back to the pier after 5 hours on the bay, get on the bus and make your way back to the capital city. Spend the last night in Hanoi.

Day 4: Hanoi visit – Departure

• Spend the whole morning to visit the featured sites of Hanoi Capital. The sightseeing places include Ho Chi Minh Complex that consists of Uncle Ho's Mausoleum, his Stilt House, Sight of the Presidential Palace, One-Pillar Pagoda; The Temple of Literature and a walk to Dong Xuan Market if you are interested in doing some shopping.
• Lunch at a restaurant in town before your afternoon airport transfer for the flight home. End of service.

Confirmation:

• You will receive a confirmation email within 4 working days
• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email

How to Buy:

• Select the preferred date and purchase online
• Kindly e-mail us your name, number of people joining the tour, hotel information, contact number and/or any other requests
• Receive a separate email confirmation within 4 working days
• Present the e-ticket to the tour operator on the day of tour for verification

Terms and Conditions:

Important Notes:

• Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
• The tour may disembark at a different location from the initial meeting point. For disembarkation, please enquire with the tour guide on the day of tour.
• There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the visitor.
• In circumstances that the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, customers will be notified by the tour operator
• In the event of late comers/no shows, it would be considered cancellation and no refund will be given.

About the Tour:

• Items not included are personal expenses during the tour.
• Travel Recommends and the tour operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damaged caused by individual negligence.
• The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion. Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
• The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in local currency.
• Tour routes and schedule may be delayed/cancelled/changed without prior notice.
• Tour prices vary on seasons and weekdays/weekends. Travel Recommends reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event where changes are made, the revised figures will be posted on the website.
• Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1.1 Cancellation by the traveler
 

(+) If you cancel some or all portions of your booking, cancellation fees will be applied. The effective date of cancellation will be the date the Company receives written notification. The cancellation charge to the clients is described as follows:

•              More than 45 days before arrival: No cancellation charge.

•              15 - 45 days prior to departure: 30% of the Tour price is forfeited

•              14 - 08 days prior to departure: 50% of the Tour price is forfeited

•              Less than 07 days prior to departure: 100 % of the Tour price is forfeited

For the avoidance of doubt, because there are some suppliers (airlines, hotels, and cruise companies) have cancellation policies that are different from those of the tour operator, the cancellation charge may, at our discretion, be adjusted accordingly.

1.2 Cancellation by the tour operator
 

We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned trip. If we cancel your trip, you can transfer the amounts paid to an alternate departure date or alternatively receive a full refund (not included the bank transfer fee or any third party’s service charge). In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.

(*) For this particular clause, you are advised to have the mentioned cases covered by your own travel insurance.
