Overview

• The ticket is valid for all Fukuoka City Subway lines (Kuko Line, Hakozaki Line, and Nanakuma Line), with unlimited subway rides for one day.
• 1 Day Pass is only available to overseas tourists staying in Japan on a short-stay visa. Such tourists can purchase the pass by presenting his or her passport at the sales counter.
• Telephone interpretation services (Chinese, English, Korean)are available at all subway station customer service counters, and can assist with a wide range of questions.
• For children between 1 and 6 years of age: Up to two preschoolers may travel free when accompanied by a paying passenger. Any extra children must pay the child fare.

How To Use

• Confirmation email will be sent to the appointed email address once the booking is made. 
• Please go to the designated counter below and pick up physical ticket with presenting verification code or QR code and passport.

The date and station name will be printed on the pass when first used. This pass is valid for the printed date. It's able to unlimited rides.

• Adult: 12 years old and over
• Child: 11 to 6 years old  
• Free: Infant aged 5 and below

Policy

• Amendment or cancellation is not applicable after the ticket is picked up.
• The ticket cannot be refunded even if trains are cancelled or delayed.

Important Notes

• The ticket is valid for all Fukuoka City Subway lines (Kuko Line, Hakozaki Line, and Nanakuma Line).
• The ticket is only valid for one day, starting from the first day of use.
• Please go through the automated ticket gate to use the ticket.
• Only the purchaser may use the ticket.
• If the ticket is misused, it will become void and collected. Extra fees will be charged.
• The ticket cannot be refunded even if trains are cancelled or delayed.
• We are not liable for the loss of or damage to the ticket.
• With exception to the aforementioned rules, passengers are subject to rules set forth by Fukuoka City Subway.
