4. Present the e-ticket to the tour operator
5. Enjoy your visit

• Re-confirmation will be emailed to you within 2 working days. If you do not receive the confirmation email, kindly contact us by email.
• Please be at the hotel entrance five minutes before the agreed pick-up time.
• Items not included are personal expenses during the tour.
• Travel Recommends and the tour operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damage caused by individual’s negligence.
• The e-ticket/e-voucher is fixed date and cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion.
• The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in local currency.
• Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket/e-voucher will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
• Tour routes and schedule may be delayed/cancelled/changed without prior notice.
• Tour routes may be subject to cancellation without prior notice due to weather conditions, and (or) any unforeseen circumstances that arise. Full refund will be given to customers under these circumstances.
• No refunds will be entertained for cancellations made within 1 working days from the tour date.

Getting there:

• Pick up and drop off services are available for hotels located within 5km. radius from Thapae Gate, Chiang Mai 

Pick Up Time:

• Morning Half Day Tour: 7:00am-7:30am
• Afternoon Half Day Tour: 12:00pm-12:30pm
• Full Day Tour: 8:00am-8:30am

Returning Time:

• Morning Half Day Tour: 1:00pm-1:30pm
• Afternoon Half Day Tour: 5:30pm-6:30pm
• Full Day Tour: 5:00pm-5:30pm

Surcharge for Additional Areas:

• The surcharge for additional areas will be reconfirmed by the operator and you can pay cash directly on site
