The 9/11 Memorial Museum honors the memory of those killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 and the February 26, 1993 World Trade Center bombing. In doing so, it aspires to educate the millions of people expected to visit the World Trade Center each year in hopes of building a better future.
The Museum honors the nearly 3,000 victims of these attacks and all those who risked their lives to save others. It further recognizes the thousands who survived and all who demonstrated extraordinary compassion in the aftermath.
Demonstrating the consequences of terrorism on individual lives and its impact on communities at the local, national, and international levels, the Museum attests to the triumph of human dignity over human depravity and affirms an unwavering commitment to the fundamental value of human life.
Visitors are welcome to explore the Museum at their own pace. An average visit can take about two hours.

Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.

Unless stipulated in the booking process all bookings require customers to print their voucher off in order to be exchanged for entry to the attraction or tour. We cannot guarantee entry without a printed voucher and will not be able to cancel or refund customers who do not print the vouchers and therefore can't gain access to the venue or tour.
The Memorial and the Museum are located at the World Trade Center site in lower Manhattan. Visitors can currently access the Memorial at the intersection of Liberty Street and Greenwich Street, at the intersection of Liberty Street and West Street, at the intersection of West Street and Fulton Street.

By Bus:
• M5 Southbound: get off at Broadway and Thames Street
• M5 Northbound: get off at Trinity Place and Rector Street
• M20 Southbound: get off on South End Avenue between Liberty Street and Albany Street
• M22 Southbound: get off on Vesey Street between North End Ave. and West Street
