You will be given an opportunity to know the power of simple, homemade dishes that signify an entire country. Food that symbolizes its rich, turbulent, yet human history that connects both the cooks and the diners to generations of Vietnamese before, here or abroad, to a country so dearly to their heart.

  Half-day Cooking Tour Menu: 
  - Spring roll (Goi Cuon): made from pork and shrimp, accompanied with a tangy peanut dipping sauce.
  - Sizzling pancake (Banh Xeo): You will learn how to make the rice milk from scratch. Served with fresh herbs and traditional dipping sauce
  - Southern Beef Noodle Salad (Bun Bo Nam Bo): noodles with sauteed beef from the Southern Vietnam, topped with roasted peanuts and warm beef jus vinaigrette.
  - Beef Pho (Pho Bo Ha Noi): famous broth recipe, which is infused with bones, cinnamon, ginger and star anise.

How To Use

Confirmation:

• You will receive a confirmation email within 2 working days
• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email

How To Buy:

• Select the preferred date and purchase online
• Kindly e-mail us your name, hotel information and/or any other requests.
• Receive a separate email confirmation within 2 working days.
• Present the e-ticket to the tour operator on the day of tour for verification.

Cooking Class Daily Schedule:

• Morning: 8:45am - 1:30pm
• Afternoon: 11:45am - 4:30pm

Important Notes:

• Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
• The tour may disembark at a different location from the initial meeting point. For disembarkation, please enquire with the tour guide on the day of tour.
• There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the visitor.
• In circumstances that the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, customers will be notified by the tour operator.
• In the event of late comers/no shows, it would be considered cancellation and no refund will be given.
• Any amendments or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance 

• Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice.

About the Tour:

• Items not included are personal expenses during the tour. 
• Travel Recommends and the tour operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damaged caused by individual negligence.
• The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion. Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.

• 8:30am: Pick up at your hotel
• 9:00am: Local market tour to purchase all fresh ingredients
• 9:30am: River boat ride to Thuan Tinh Island
• 10:00am: Take a row boat through water coconut trees
• 10:15am: Arrive at our open-air cooking class with water coconut trees and river view 
• 10:30am: Cooking session begins
• 1:00pm: Drink organic tea and have dessert
• 1:30pm: Drop off at Hoi An City Center or requested location in Hoi An
   

2. Half-day Cooking Tour (Afternoon session)

• 11:30am: Pick up at your hotel
• 12:00pm: Local market tour to purchase all fresh ingredients 
• 12:30pm: River boat ride to Thuan Tinh Island
• 1:00pm: Take a row boat through water coconut trees
