Additional Information

  • The validity period of Fun Pass starts from the day of the first use and is counted in calendar days
  • Less than one day shall be deemed as one day
  • The use days must be continual. E.g. for the 2-day pass, if the first use is on 1st January, it can be used on 2nd January
  • The Pass is also an EasyCard. Please top up by cash before use
  • The deposit in the EasyCard is refundable with a handling fee of NT$20
  • The EasyCArd is non-returnable. For deposit remaining in the pass, please visit the information counters at Taipei MRT stations or Customer Service Center of EasyCard Corporation for deposit refund
  • The pass cannot be reimbursed or reissued if it is used, lost or damaged

How To Use

  • Please present your mobile or printed voucher for exchange for your physical ticket at one of the redemption counters

 

Terms and Conditions

  • Travel Recommends and the appointed operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damaged caused by individual negligence
  • The e-ticket/e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion
  • Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket/e-voucher will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances that affects tour departure or ticket/voucher invalidity, customers will be notified and be advised accordingly

Cancellation Policy:

  • No refunds will be entertained for cancellations
  • There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the visitor
  • In the event of late comers/no show, it would be considered as cancellation and no refund will be given
