Overview

Sapa easy trekking tour will provide you with a glimpse into the culture and tradition of ethnic people in Sapa as well as some beautiful tourist attractions here. Travellers will have a chance to trek through Cat Cat, Lao Chai and Ta Van village. Discover a unique culture of friendly local people. You will travel to Sapa by train.

Day 1: Night train to Sapa

• 8:30pm: Our tour guide comes to pick you up from your hotel then transfer to Hanoi Railway Station. Catch the night train to Lao Cai (overnight on the train, the cabin with 4 berths, soft sleeper and air conditioning). Arrive in Lao Cao at 5:30-6am.

Day 2: Visit Cat Cat Village

• Train arrives at around 6am. Look for the “Paradise’s logo and your name” sign when you exit the train station. Our guide will pick you up there and transfer from Lao Cai to Sapa town.
• After breakfast, start your adventure trekking to Cat Cat Village where you will get the first impression of Sapa as marvellous scenery. You will learn about the tradition and lifestyle of local people here.
• Back to the hotel after trekking.
• Lunch at a local restaurant
• Discover the charming Sapa Town, Sapa market and Ham Rong freely on your own in the afternoon.
• Stay overnight at hotel in Spa.

Cat Cat Village

Day 3: Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van Villages – Night train to Hanoi

• After breakfast, our guide will pick you up at the hotel for another interesting trekking day to Lao Chai and Ta Van village of Black H’Mong people and Dzay people. We have opportunity to share cultural experiences with families that live in the area.
• Lunch en route or at a local family
• Back to the hotel after lunch
• On your own program till late afternoon when our guide will transfer you to the train station for night train back to Hanoi.
• Dinner before boarding the train
• Arrive at Lao Cai train station and night train back to Hanoi (cabin of 4 people, soft sleeping berth).
• Arrive at Hanoi Train Station. Tour ends. Back to your hotel by yourself

• Kindly e-mail us your name, number of people joining the tour, hotel information, contact number and/or any other requests
• Receive a separate email confirmation within 4 working days
• Present the e-ticket to the tour operator on the day of tour for verification

Important Notes:

• Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
• The tour may disembark at a different location from the initial meeting point. For disembarkation, please enquire with the tour guide on the day of tour.
• There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the visitor.
• In circumstances that the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, customers will be notified by the tour operator
• In the event of late comers/no shows, it would be considered cancellation and no refund will be given.
• Any amendments to the given tour itinerary must be given at least 48 hours before tour departures. Tour operator shall confirm and inform any price changes within 6 working hours.
• Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice.

About the Tour:

• Items not included are personal expenses during the tour.
• Travel Recommends and the tour operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damaged caused by individual negligence.
• The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion. Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
• The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in local currency.
• Tour routes and schedule may be delayed/cancelled/changed without prior notice.
• Tour prices vary on seasons and weekdays/weekends. Travel Recommends reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event where changes are made, the revised figures will be posted on the website.
