How To Use

1. Select the preferred date and purchase online

2. Receive an email with the e-voucher

3. Email your preferred timing to us upon purchase

4. Receive a separate email with e-ticket

5. Present the e-ticket at the indicated area for entry

Terms and Conditions

• E-ticket must be presented at the ticket box for entry.

• The traveler who purchased the tickets must be present. His/her passport and identity will be used as verification to gain entry into the show.

• E-ticket is only valid on the date and time selected.

• E-ticket would be sent to your email within two working days

• Travel Recommends and the merchant will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damages caused by individual’s negligence.

• Travel Recommends will not be responsible for any loss of tickets caused by individual’s negligence.

• The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash and used on more than one occasion.

• The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in local currency. 

• Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket/e-voucher will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.

• No refunds will be entertained for cancellations.

• Participants must weight at least 35kg and no more than 235kg.

• All participants must sign a waiver before partaking in the activity.

 Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
