• National Palace Museum is open all year round

• Southern Branch of National Palace Museum and Zhishan Garden are closed on Mondays

• There are five free entry days to the Museums:

           - Lantern Festival (19 February 2019)
           - International Museum Day (18 May) 
           - World Tourism Day (27 September)
           - National Day (10 October)
           - Taiwan Cultural Day (17 October)

• For National Palace Museum Southern Branch: Please present QR Code at ticket counter to exchange for admission
• For Zhishan Garden: Please present QR code upon entry

• The voucher/ticket is accepted only at National Palace Museum, Southern Branch of National Palace Museum and Zhishan Garden
• The voucher/ticket is open dated and may be used at any date before 8 Sep 2020
• The voucher/ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion unless otherwise stated.
• Any alteration(s) on the voucher/ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
• In the event of late comers/no shows, it would be considered cancellation and no refund will be given.

Cancellation Policy:

• No refunds will be entertained for cancellations
• Full refunds will be given to customers who have purchased the loss coverage for uncollected tickets.
