With the help of professional artists, upgrade your experience to include hairstyling and make up services. Oiran style as well as Geisya style are also available for selection. Head out to explore attractions in Sapporo in a kimono and inquire photo-shooting services to retain the best memories of Sapporo.

Last returing time is by 8pm on the same day 

Service hours: 10:00am - 5:30pm (GMT+9)

Should the date/time chosen be unavailable, the next best available date/time will be suggested/provided to the customer.

What You Get:

Child's kimonos: for children aged 2-10 and 80-135cm in height

Adult's kimonos: aged 11 and above

Inclusive of: 

• Kimono rental (including Japanese bags and sandals) 
• Dressing service
• Baggage storage 
   

Not inclusive of: 

• Late return fees
• Personal expense
• Other expenses not mentioned above 

Note: 

• English, Chinese and Japanese-speakin staff are available
• We regret that we are unable to accommodate pregnant women
• Rentals must be returned before 8:00pm on the same day. Surcharge will apply for late returns.
• Hair-styling and photo-shooting are required for reservation at least 1 day in advance
• Additional fees will apply if the kimonos get dirty. Compensation will be required if  there are burn marks by smokes, breakages, holes and any marks on the kimonos upon return. 
• Please be present on time. Late comers will be considered cancellations. 

How To Use

Confirmation:

• You will receive a confirmation email and voucher within 2 working days after booking
• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email

How To Buy

• Select the preferred date, timing and purchase online 
• Email us your name, contact number and selected time slot of your appointment
• Receive a separate email including the QR code
• Admission by presenting the QR code of confirmation 

Terms and Conditions

• Re-confirmation will be emailed to you within 2 working days. If you do not receive the confirmation email, kindly contact us.
• Travel Recommends will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damage caused by individual’s negligence.
• The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion.
• The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in local currency.
• Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket/e-voucher will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
• Tour routes and schedule may be delayed/cancelled/changed without prior notice.
• Tour routes may be subject to cancellation without prior notice due to weather conditions, and (or) any unforeseen circumstances that arise. Full refund will be given to customers under these circumstances.
• No refunds or exchanges will be entertained for cancellations 
• In the event of late comers/ no shows, it would be considered cancellation and no refund will be given.
• Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice

Tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
