Overview

Hue cuisine is famous for its tasty and full flavor in Vietnam. Hue specialties range from food, snacks to desserts. 
We will go to one of the most popular stalls to try Bánh Bèo, Bánh nậm, Bánh Lọc - steamed water fern cakes wrapped in banana leaves. Next specialty is Nem Lụi, Bánh Khoái with traditional peanut. Nem Lụi is BBQ minced lemongrass pork skewers on charcoal. Bánh Khoái is Hue pancake with shrimp, pork, quail egg filling on top. Both of them are best served with Hue peanut dipping sauce. 
Bún Bò Huế - Rice noodle soup with beef is one of the top 10 most famous local foods to eat. After the main dish, satisfy your cravings with dessert - Chè, sweet soup dessert with different flavours such as beans, fruit, lotus seeds, coconut that you feel free to pick. This colorful sweet dessert in Hue used to be served as Royal dessert to the King. 
End the tour with Hue Special coffee with condensed milk and salt, Cafe Muối, or you can get a local beer or soft drink instead.

Daily Food Tour Schedule (max 6-8pax):

  • Morning : 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
  • Afternoon : 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm
  • Evening : 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

  • Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
  • The tour may disembark at a different location from the initial meeting point. For disembarkation, please enquire with the tour guide on the day of tour.
  • There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the visitor.

  • In the event of late comers/no shows, it would be considered cancellation and no refund will be given.
