  • When you reach your destination station, just show your printed or mobile voucher to redeem tickets at the customer service center before passing through the electronic gates. Please prepare your passport or valid photo ID for proof of identity
  • From Tsing Yi, Kowloon, Hong Kong Station: Redeem your tickets from the customer service center in the station before passing through the electronic gates and boarding the Airport Express train. Please prepare your passport or valid photo ID for proof of identity

Hop on Hong Kong Express Train to the city conveniently in about 24 minutes from Hong Kong International Airport. Choose to alight at either Kowloon or Hong Kong stations (Click here to see MTR map). This service includes a complimentary Airport Express Shuttle-bus service at major hotels and MTR stations. 

 

Adult - Ages 12 and above 

Child - Ages 3 to 11 (Kindly purchase the ticket at the MTR stations)

1. Select the preferred date and purchase online

2. Receive a separate email confirmation with the e-ticket within 2 working days

3. Present the e-ticket at Hong Kong MTR Customer service counters

4. Enjoy the ride 

 

Terms and Conditions

 

  • Ticket is valid for 60 days only from the date of purchase.
  • When you reach your destination station, just show your printed or mobile voucher to redeem tickets at the customer service center before passing through the electronic gates. Please prepare your passport or valid photo ID for proof of identity
  • From Tsing Yi, Kowloon, Hong Kong Station: Redeem your tickets from the customer service center in the station before passing through the electronic gates and boarding the Airport Express train. Please prepare your passport or valid photo ID for proof of identity
  •  This includes the one-way trip from town towards Airport. Redemption is available daily from 0900-2300. 
  • For round trips, passengers must use both journeys within one month from use.
  • Both journeys for round trips will be stored in one ticket. Travel Recommends will not be responsible for the loss of ticket caused by individual’s negligence.
  • The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion (single trip) or two occasions (round trip).
  • The value of the e-ticket is in local currency.
  • Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
  • No refunds will be entertained for cancellations.
  • Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice

 

Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
