Overview

Thuan Tinh is an eco-friendly island in tropical foliage, making it a beautiful place to cook, relax and then enjoy the dishes you've created. The village cooking class frequently ranks amongst the top 10 tourist attractions in Hoi An as it is so much more than simply cooking as the unique journey to the island making it so much more special.

• We will pick you up at the hotels in Hoi An Town at around 8:20 am. First, a trip to the market to purchase some fresh, locally grown herbs.
• Then, we board our river boat for a relaxing 30-minute ride to Thuan Tinh Island, which is recognized by Hoi An as an official ecological zone.
• To visit the local Village, we take a row boat ride through the water coconut trees. We then walk through the gardens to visit Ms. Hoa ’s house to meet her family and snack on grilled rice cakes and iced tea.
• From there, we head back to our open-air cooking class overlooking the water coconut trees and river. Our chefs will show you how to make Vietnamese food while you enjoy the cool breeze and peaceful setting.
• Our chefs have prepared a 4course cooking class of traditional Vietnamese dishes. They will demonstrate how to prepare them, and then it's your turn-you prepare your own tasty Vietnamese lunch!! We start with a homemade Passion fruit Juice soda to whet your appetite.
• After the class, we will drop you off at the hotel at around 2:00 pm. End of class.

• Please be at the hotel entrance five minutes before the agreed pick-up time.
• The tour reserves the right to use other high-quality wineries and gourmet location in the event that regular locations are unable to accommodate the group for tastings.
• Items not included are personal expenses during the tour (dinner, telephone, laundry, beverages etc.)
• Travel Recommends and the tour operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damage caused by individual’s negligence.
• The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion.
• The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in local currency.
• Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket/e-voucher will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
• Tour routes and schedule may be delayed/cancelled/changed without prior notice.
• Tour routes may be subject to cancellation without prior notice due to weather conditions, and (or) any unforeseen circumstances that arise. Full refund will be given to customers under these circumstances.
• No refunds will be entertained for cancellations made within 2 working days from the tour date.
• 100% refund will be given to customers for cancellations made at least 3 working days prior the tour date.
• Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice.
• Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
