Overview
Day 1: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City – Visit Cu Chi Tunnels
- Welcome to Vietnam! Upon arrival to Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City, our driver and tour guide will meet you and they will transfer you to Cu Chi tunnels which is about 1.5 hours. Lunch at a local restaurant before the visit.
- Start the tunnel discovery with watching documentary about the history and the overview of Cu Chi. Your guide then walks you around to witness the traps, bunkers, trenches and experience crawling into the underground tunnels. After that, drive back to the city and check in your hotel for the night. Free and easy afterwards.

Day 2: Mekong Delta Excursion
- You will have a full day to visit the lush Mekong Delta today. After 2.5-hour transfer by car, you will arrive at Phong Nam, Ben Tre. Get on your private motorized boat and will cruise along the Chet Say river (a branch of the Mekong).
- Stops at various local workplaces such as coconut candy, brick-making workshop, straw mat... You also have time to ride a motor cart that takes you through green lush fruit gardens. Lunch today is served at a peaceful garden restaurant.
- Ride a sampan boat along a narrow canal edged by rows of water coconut trees before getting back on your motorized boat for the dock. Drive back to the city. End the day by dropping you off at the hotel.

Day 3: City Tour of Ho Chi Minh City – Departure
- In the morning you are picked up at your hotel at 8:00 AM and transfer to visit some featured sites of the city such as the Re-unification Palace; Notre Dame Cathedral; the Old French Post Office; the War Remnants Museum. Lunch is served at a restaurant. In the afternoon, you are free to do your own things until getting picked up by your driver for your flight home.

Rooms at hotels are available only from 2pm on arrival day till 12pm on departure date. A supplement will be added if early check-in or late check-out is desired.

- Receive a separate email confirmation within 4 working days
- Present the e-ticket to the tour operator on the day of tour for verification

Important Notes:
- Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
- The tour may disembark at a different location from the initial meeting point. For disembarkation, please enquire with the tour guide on the day of tour.
- There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the visitor.
- In circumstances that the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, customers will be notified by the tour operator
- In the event of late comers/no shows, it would be considered cancellation and no refund will be given.
About the Tour:
- Items not included are personal expenses during the tour.
- Travel Recommends and the tour operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damaged caused by individual negligence.
- The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion. Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
- The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in local currency.
- Tour routes and schedule may be delayed/cancelled/changed without prior notice.
- Tour prices vary on seasons and weekdays/weekends. Travel Recommends reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event where changes are made, the revised figures will be posted on the website.
- Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1.1 Cancellation by the traveler
If you cancel some or all portions of your booking, cancellation fees will be applied. The effective date of cancellation will be the date the Company receives written notification. The cancellation charge to the clients is described as follows:
• More than 45 days before arrival: No cancellation charge.
• 15 - 45 days prior to departure: 30% of the Tour price is forfeited
• 14 - 08 days prior to departure: 50% of the Tour price is forfeited
• Less than 07 days prior to departure: 100 % of the Tour price is forfeited
For the avoidance of doubt, because there are some suppliers (airlines, hotels, and cruise companies) have cancellation policies that are different from those of the tour operator, the cancellation charge may, at our discretion, be adjusted accordingly.
1.2 Cancellation by the tour operator
We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned trip. If we cancel your trip, you can transfer the amounts paid to an alternate departure date or alternatively receive a full refund (not included the bank transfer fee or any third party’s service charge). In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.
(*) For this particular clause, you are advised to have the mentioned cases covered by your own travel insurance.
