Overview

Day 1: Hanoi – Sapa by car with a long trek Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van village

• 7:00am: Pick up from your hotel and get on car and depart for Sapa Town.
• 9:30am: Follow the highway to Lao Cai city with the first comfort break
• 11:00am: Second comfort break at Lao Cai city before reaching Sapa
• 1pm: Arrive in Sapa Town with colourful traditional costumes of H’Mong, Dzao and Tay ethnic people
• Welcome drink, itinerary briefing and enjoy lunch with local Vietnamese dishes.
• 2:15pm: A short drive to Y Linh Ho then trek through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai to see spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain. We reach Ta Van village of Dzay Ethnic People in late afternoon. Trekking distance is about 9km and it lasts for 3.5 hours.
• 5:45pm: Check in homestay. Get to know about the local life of Dzay People. Spend time to enjoy the mountain life and attend cooking local dishes with the family and enjoy dinner in peace.
• Overnight at Homestay in Ta Van Village

Y Linh Ho Village

Day 2: Medium trek Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai village – Sapa

• 8am: Breakfast prepared by the family and start a new day with more interesting trek.
• 8:45am: Walk to the rice paddies where you have a nice photo session of the amazing surrounding landscapes, a trek through the bamboo forest, stop to have a panorama view of Giang Ta Chai – home of red Dzao People
• 11:00am: Trek through Giang Ta Chai Bridge to main road, bus will pick you up to come back to Sapa Town. Trekking distance is about 4km and it takes 2 hours
• 12pm – 2pm: Welcome drink at hotel. Check in and have delicious Vietnamese dishes for lunch.
• 2:30pm: Short drive to the gate of Cat Cat village which is home to Black H’mong ethnic people and located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station, stop for photo with bridge and waterfall then you will walk uphill for bus to pick up to get back to Sapa in the afternoon.
• 4:30pm: Back to Sapa Town. Overnight in hotel with night activities

Cat Cat Village

Day 3:

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Free to explore the charming town’s sloping streets or the market with many colourful handicrafts or head up to Ham Rong peak for a fantastic photo over Sapa.
• In the afternoon, check out from hotel and return to Hanoi
• 9pm: Arrive in Hanoi and the tour ends.

• You will receive a confirmation email within 4 working days

How to Buy:

• Select the preferred date and purchase online
• Kindly e-mail us your name, number of people joining the tour, hotel information, contact number and/or any other requests
• Receive a separate email confirmation within 4 working days
• Present the e-ticket to the tour operator on the day of tour for verification

Important Notes:

• Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
• The tour may disembark at a different location from the initial meeting point. For disembarkation, please enquire with the tour guide on the day of tour.
• There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the visitor.
• In circumstances that the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, customers will be notified by the tour operator
• In the event of late comers/no shows, it would be considered cancellation and no refund will be given.
• Any amendments to the given tour itinerary must be given at least 48 hours before tour departures. Tour operator shall confirm and inform any price changes within 6 working hours.
• Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice.

About the Tour:

• Items not included are personal expenses during the tour.
• Travel Recommends and the tour operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damaged caused by individual negligence.
• The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion. Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
• The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in local currency.
• Tour routes and schedule may be delayed/cancelled/changed without prior notice.
• Tour prices vary on seasons and weekdays/weekends. Travel Recommends reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event where changes are made, the revised figures will be posted on the website.
