Overview

All classes include the following itinerary:

• 9am: Welcome morning tea, meeting at Hanoi Cooking Centre (HCC), No. 44 Chau Long Street, Ba Dinh district. Brief introduction to Vietnamese cuisine, highlighting the contents of traditional meal.
• 9:20am: Short walk to Chau Long Market with HCC Chef to learn about local produce and market culture.
• 10am: Return to HCC and participate in hands-on cooking class at your own cooking station
• 11am: Upon completion, enjoy your own dishes accompanied by free flow local Hanoi beer, Hanoi Italian wine, soft drinks or fresh juice.
• 12:30pm: Finish class

How To Use

Confirmation:

• You will receive a confirmation email within 4 working days
• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email

How to Buy:

• Select the preferred date and purchase online
• Kindly e-mail us your name, number of people joining the tour, your menu choice, contact number and/or any other requests
• Receive a separate email confirmation within 4 working days
• Present the e-ticket to the tour operator on the day of tour for verification

Important Notes:

• Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
• The tour may disembark at a different location from the initial meeting point. For disembarkation, please enquire with the tour guide on the day of tour.
• There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the visitor.
• In circumstances that the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, customers will be notified by the tour operator
• In the event of late comers/no shows, it would be considered cancellation and no refund will be given.
• Any amendments to the given tour itinerary must be given at least 48 hours before tour departures. Tour operator shall confirm and inform any price changes within 6 working hours.
• Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice.

About the Tour:

• Items not included are personal expenses during the tour.
• Travel Recommends and the tour operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damaged caused by individual negligence.
• The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion. Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
• The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in local currency.
• Tour routes and schedule may be delayed/cancelled/changed without prior notice.
• Tour prices vary on seasons and weekdays/weekends. Travel Recommends reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event where changes are made, the revised figures will be posted on the website.
