Overview

Day 1: Hanoi – Cat Ba – National Park

• 8am: Our guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi. Proceed to Got ferry and ride speed boat to Cat Ba island.
• Lunch and check in hotel
• 2pm: Visit Cat Ba National Park, having a short trekking through Kim Giao forest. Reach the highest point named “Ngu Lam Peak”, which offers an overview of the whole island.
• Return to hotel

Cat Ba Island

Day 2: Lan Ha – Ha Long Bay – Hanoi

• Having breakfast
• 7:30am: Transfer from the hotel to Beo dock
• 8:00am: Check in boat, enjoy welcome drink. Start cruising through Cai Beo Fishing Village – the largest and the most traditional fishing village in the North of Vietnam, passing Monkey Island. The boat reaches the heart of Lan Ha Bay
• 9:30am: Stop at Di San Floating House to visit local fisherman family and their fish farm to see their local life. Take photo of the huge fish, which is called “Happy Fish”. It’s about 13 years old and around 100kg.
• Afterwards, the boat continues to cruise to the magnificent landscape before parking at Dau Be Island. Discover the bay by kayaking at Ba Ham Lake in Ha Long Bay, you will explore the beauty of the nature in hidden lagoon with lots of stalactites hanging down from the ceiling cave which creates strange shapes and sizes. This activity depends on the tide level of the bay. If the tide is too high on the day of visit, we will alternatively cruise through Cua Van Floating Village, passing Rang Dua Island, Frog Island through Dark Cave, Bright Cave. 
• Lunch with seafood and Vietnamese traditional food
• After lunch, you can do some relaxing activities such as swimming or walking along Ba Trai Dao Beach.
• Take speed boat to return to Hai Phong and transfer to Hanoi.
• Drop you off at the hotel and tour ends.

How to Buy:

• Select the preferred date and purchase online
• Kindly e-mail us your name, number of people joining the tour, hotel information, contact number and/or any other requests
• Receive a separate email confirmation within 4 working days
• Present the e-ticket to the tour operator on the day of tour for verification

Important Notes:

• Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
• The tour may disembark at a different location from the initial meeting point. For disembarkation, please enquire with the tour guide on the day of tour.
• There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the visitor.
• In circumstances that the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, customers will be notified by the tour operator
• In the event of late comers/no shows, it would be considered cancellation and no refund will be given.
• Any amendments to the given tour itinerary must be given at least 48 hours before tour departures. Tour operator shall confirm and inform any price changes within 6 working hours.
• Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice.

About the Tour:

• Items not included are personal expenses during the tour.
• Travel Recommends and the tour operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damaged caused by individual negligence.
• The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion. Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
• The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in local currency.
• Tour routes and schedule may be delayed/cancelled/changed without prior notice.
• Tour prices vary on seasons and weekdays/weekends. Travel Recommends reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event where changes are made, the revised figures will be posted on the website.
