How To Use

Confirmation:

• You will receive a confirmation email and voucher 48 hours after booking

• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email

How To Buy:

1. Select the preferred date and purchase online

2. Indicate the hotel pick-up, drop-off location 

3. Receive a separate email including the e-ticket

4. Print and present the ticket to the tour guide for verification

• Re-confirmation will be emailed to you within 2 working days. If you do not receive the confirmation email, kindly contact us by email

• Please be at the hotel entrance five minutes before the agreed pick-up time.

• Items not included are personal expenses during the tour

• Travel Recommends and the tour operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damage caused by individual’s negligence.

• The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion.

• The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in local currency.

• Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket/e-voucher will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.

• Tour routes and schedule may be delayed/cancelled/changed without prior notice.

• Tour routes may be subject to cancellation without prior notice due to weather conditions, and (or) any unforeseen circumstances that arise. Full refund will be given to customers under these circumstances.

• No refunds will be entertained for cancellations made within 1 working days from the tour date.

Additional Information: 

• This activity is not recommended for participants weighted over 125kgs and heighted below 100cms, pregnant women and people with medical condition.
• For your safety, it is advisable not to wear dangling jewelry.

• Slot C: 9:00am
• Slot D: 12:30pm

• 6:30am pick up from your hotels in Chiang Mai City
